It is estimated that 1 in 10 Americans have a mental illness at any time. Mental illness is not always easy to recognize. Get out of debt with a debt management plan.
I found that most of my debt was credit card debt, so I started with the most significant debt. I used an app called TailoredDebtFree to help me write down my debts.
I then created a budget and began paying my debts from smallest to largest. I used the Lifetime Debt Management Plan from the Budget Buster program to ensure that I would never go back into debt again.
